* Raise the bar for your team by setting clear goals and expectations, and providing ongoing support and coaching.
* Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on them.

* Proven experience working in a customer-centric retail environment, with a track record of delivering excellent customer service and supervising a team.
* A strong commitment to championing best practices in stock management, safety procedures, and visual merchandising.
* The ability to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the overall running of the store.
* An exceptional personable and confident individual with outstanding interpersonal skills.
