Job Role Overview
Primary Responsibilities:
* Develop autonomy in handling case files under supervision.

* Represent the firm in court appearances, including trials when necessary.
* Counsel senior lawyers and engage with external stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
* Post-admission experience ranging from one to three years.
* A proactive attitude coupled with excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS365 and adaptability to new systems.
* Previous experience using a practice management system (Smokeball advantageous).
* Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
