**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Regional Operations Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership position within our team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage Outside School Hours Care teams in schools.
* Oversee all aspects of service management, including staff management, program design support, business management, and motivating and managing teams.
* Conduct Educator appraisals and prepare them for Assessment and Rating reviews.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Past people management experience in childcare or education is highly advantageous.
* Demonstrated area management or remote team management experience is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* A current NSW and QLD Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain is required.
* A valid driver's license and own car (travel allowance provided) are necessary.
* A completed Diploma or above in Child Care, Education, Community Services, or equivalent is required.
