Are you ready to take the reins of a vibrant hotel in the heart of Sydney’s Broadway precinct? We’re seeking a hands-on and entrepreneurial Hotel Manager to lead the next chapter of a 50-room property that is on the cusp of an exciting transformation.
This is not a desk-bound role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on being present with the team and the guests — confidently leading both the front office and housekeeping departments, while driving performance across all aspects of the business.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a passionate team across guest services and housekeeping.
- Drive occupancy and revenue by applying proactive revenue management strategies.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and partnerships, adopting a hunter mindset.
- Maintain strong financial control, delivering healthy margins while investing in guest experience.
- Play a key role in shaping the hotel’s exciting evolution into a hub for young travellers, featuring capsule accommodation and co-living spaces.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous hotel management or senior operations leadership experience in a 40–100 room property.
- Proven background in revenue management and business development.
- Energetic, hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset.
- A great opportunity for a current Front Office Manager or Senior Assistant Manager
- Strong financial acumen and ability to deliver results.
- A dynamic leader who thrives in change and can bring fresh ideas to life.
