About the role: Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Caseload- Community home care referrals
2. You will be seeing a range of clients with various health conditions ranging
from musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory type referrals. Most commonly they would require equipment prescription, home modifications, Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) assessment and retraining.
We aim to limit the amount of travel you are required to do and endeavour to offer clients within 45km from your home address.
We welcome Occupational Therapists interested in enhancing their skills in the community home care space, as our team includes experienced leaders and supervisors ready to provide support & training in these areas.

Required: Skills and Qualifications:
* Occupational Therapy Bachelors' Degree or equivalent as approved by AHPRA – Full Registration
* Drivers' license and reliable vehicle
* Professional indemnity insurance, or willingness to obtain.
* Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain.
* 2025 Flu Vaccine Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
* COVID vaccine certificate, or willingness to obtain.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
