Responsibilities: Develop and establish category plans to execute right-sized sourcing strategies tailored to specific procurement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategies, goals, category complexities, and market conditions. Execute the end-to-end source-to-contract process, including market analysis, supplier engagement, RFI/P development, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contracting. Lead commercial negotiations while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards. Provide best-in-class commercial advice regarding vendor engagements and related strategic decisions, with a focus on risk analysis and total cost of ownership. Deliver sustainable and diverse procurement through our supply chain. Contribute to the development of the annual sourcing plan through spend data analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value-add and cost-saving opportunities. Contribute to the optimisation of procurement processes and systems to improve speed, scale, user experience, and resilience. Ensure risk management is prioritized in all activities.
