As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership and employees to deliver HR solutions that enhance organisational performance and employee engagement. You\'ll act as a trusted advisor, providing expertise in talent management, employee relations, performance management and organisational development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
* Partner with business leaders to understand departmental goals and align HR strategies to support business objectives.
* Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution and performance management, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
* Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, employee development and workforce planning.
* Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrated business partnering and coaching experience within a dynamic operational environment.
* Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with tact and professionalism.
* The ability to develop, implement and embed new processes, procedures, policies and systems in a complex environment.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
* Problem solving and time management skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities, meet tight deadlines and maintaining quality.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to be clear and concise in demanding situations.
* Ability to travel as required, with a current C class licence.
