As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will undergo an industry leading graduate program, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community With a gradual ramp up period, we will help you transition from your studies, and apply those skills in a real world setting. About Your New Role
A structured 12 month program to allow for learning and development.
Initial 12 weeks of Graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way
Flexi- time; work from home opportunities to allow for work life balance.
Quarterly alignment days- a day out of the clinic to not see clients, let your hair down and spend some quality time learning alongside your colleagues.

Essential Qualifications And Experience
Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Full AHPRA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
Unrestricted Australian work rights
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
