The Contracts: Ongoing Part Time, hours per fortnight. Rostered across 7 days. Casual Contracts also available
The Position:
This is a varied role that is trained across multiple areas including surgical services, main reception, short stay unit and emergency department. The role is responsible for performing a range of clerical support tasks in an accurate and efficient manner. Key to this role is the provision of customer service to patients, families, consumers and colleagues with a person-centred approach that is professional, approachable, responsive and compassionate at all times. This is a great opportunity to work for East Gippsland's largest employer and further develop your administration skills.

Key selection criteria:
7. Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role/customer service role.
8. Certificate III or higher in Business or Business Administration is highly desirable
9. Excellent customer service skills with a professional, person-centred manner and proven capacity to consider activities, decisions and outcomes from the perspective of the consumer or end-user.
10. A competent user of MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook with good keyboard and data entry skills.
11. The proven capacity to learn and adapt to different work areas in a proactive and positive manner
