What's the gig?

We're Inner North Medical Clinic & Melbourne Specialty Centre — a team of humans (not robots) who believe healthcare can be warm, modern, and impactful. As we grow, we're on the hunt for a strategic, creative, and commercially-minded marketer who's ready to make things happen — fast.

This isn't a role where your ideas sit in a backlog. You'll take ownership of marketing across multiple health brands, roll out campaigns that convert, and see your impact unfold in real time. If you love crafting clear messages, testing ideas, and scaling growth in a values-driven environment — we want to meet you.

Why we need you

We're a small, purpose-led team working across a suite of specialist health clinics, including Our clinics are growing, our audience is expanding, and we need a skilled storyteller and growth strategist to help us scale with purpose.

Your Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field


• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Analytics


• Experience in Marketing Analytics and developing marketing strategies


• Experience in Sales is a plus


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment


• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software

What You'll Be Doing


• Own quarterly marketing plans aligned to clinic goals (e.g. bookings, brand awareness, practitioner visibility).


• Plan and lead multi-channel campaigns across SEO, email, Meta/social, community partnerships, and local outreach.


• Track what's working (and what's not) via Google Analytics, channel reporting, and patient feedback — then optimise ruthlessly.


• Partner with the leadership team to shape service messaging, packaging, and the full patient journey.

Content & Comms


• Write warm, clear, patient-first content for blogs, newsletters, ads, landing pages, and social.


• Help shape and evolve our brand voice — informative, compassionate, never clinical.


• Support internal messaging, launches, and practitioner comms.

Website & Digital Experience


• Keep our WordPress and Squarespace sites fresh, findable, and user-friendly (basic updates + SEO focus).


• Coordinate with designers and devs for larger changes or new feature rollouts.


• Work with our digital partners to test and improve the patient experience.

Design & Creative


• Create graphics for campaigns and content using Canva or Adobe tools.


• Brief in-house and freelance designers when bigger creative projects are on the table.

You Should Apply If You…


• Have 4+ years in marketing, growth, or content-focused roles.


• Can think big-picture strategy and deliver end-to-end campaigns.


• Love writing and know how to make complex things feel clear and human.


• Are data-informed but not data-obsessed — you know what really matters.


• Have hands-on experience with:

o WordPress / SquareSpace

o Google Analytics

o MailChimp / Meta Ads


• Can whip up clean, attractive visuals in Canva (or similar).


• Are collaborative, curious, resourceful — and just a bit gutsy.


• Bonus points for experience in health, wellness, or patient-facing brands.
