Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role located in Williams Landing, VIC. As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property compliance. Your responsibilities include coordinating property maintenance and repairs, managing tenant inquiries and issues, preparing lease agreements, and performing routine inspections.
Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in property management, with skills including tenancy agreements, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits.
* Customer service and communication skills to address tenant and owner concerns effectively.
* Experience in PropertyMe, Inspection Express, IRE preferred but not essential.
* Successful completion of relevant industry training, such as an agent's rep certificate.
* Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
* Knowledge of property regulations and compliance requirements.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
