What You'll Do:
* Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations for both restaurant and function services
* Lead and supervise kitchen staff during busy service periods
* Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
* Support menu development and seasonal changes
* Uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
* Help manage stock control, ordering, and waste minimisation
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready for the next step
* A genuine passion for food and hospitality
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, safety, and compliance
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings as required
