About the role
This position provides essential administrative and project coordination support, helping to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule. You'll assist with organising logistics, managing documentation, tracking action items, and supporting project staff with day‑to‑day tasks. It's a varied role suited to someone with strong organisational skills and up to two years of administration experience, working closely with a project lead or manager

Key responsibilities will include:
Up to 2 years of administration experience.
Plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, and general administrative tasks.
Supports project staff by managing project logistics, including organising meetings, booking conference rooms, and setting up conference calls.
Records meeting minutes and action items and completes basic follow‑up tasks.
Assists in developing project-related presentations and documentation.
Familiar with a range of concepts, practices, and procedures within the project administration field.
Uses experience and judgment to plan work activities and achieve project goals.
Performs a variety of tasks to support smooth project delivery.
Typically reports to a project leader or project manager.
