About the Role
The Civil Foreman / Site Supervisor position will involve working in conjunction with the Management Team on selected projects including:
* project administration, day to day control on construction sites such as residential subdivisions, roadworks and building sites
* Undertake pipework, pavement work and GPS setout
* Co-ordination of the activities of sub-contractors, plant and equipment.
* Ensuring WH&S and Environmental risks are managed, including SWMS, Risk Assessments and Toolbox meetings
* Manage construction quality and record site activities
* provide knowledge, training and advice on construction processes

Skills and Experience
Applicants with relevant experience in the civil construction industry and the following skills should apply:
* Previous experience on residential subdivisions, roadworks or building sites, pipework, pavement work and GPS setout preffered
* Ability to undertake WH&S and Environmental Risk Assessments and SWMs
* Self-motivated with the ability to lead others.
* Construction white card and drivers licence required.
