You will be responsible for the day-to‐day management of a very clean portfolio of varying commercial properties.
About the Role
The role includes all facets of management and client service delivery:
* Maintain close relationships with owners, occupiers and operational personnel to ensure property control and service delivery
* Re‐lease, market, negotiate and pursue new business
* Undertake annual property inspections to ensure high standards of presentation
* Ensure all lease and other documentation are fully executed as required
* Provide owners with recommendations relating to rent reviews and lease renewals
* Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration
* Control and collection of monies, including rentals, outgoings and recoverable costs
* Reconciliation of outgoings
* Maintain properties in accordance with owners' instructions and safety requirements
* Produce and conduct market appraisals
* Drive the investment performance of the whole portfolio
About You
Our new Commercial Manager will possess the following attributes:
* 2+ years' experience in commercial property, sales, leasing or management
* Knowledge of the local property market
* Ability to deal with all personality types
* Experience with Cirrus8 is desirable
* Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Hands‐on approach and openness to change
* Highly organised, well presented and articulate
* Current real estate licence or registration required at commencement
Remuneration
Excellent remuneration available for the right applicant, including commission after a qualifying period.
