We supply and install Solar systems, Hot Water Heat Pumps and Air Cons throughout Australia. Our business also manufacture and import products from overseas.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The role is for an Accounts/Office Administrator:
- Invoicing, Billing, Inventory Management.
- Collecting payments and follow up on payments.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Reconciling Bank Statements.
- Monthly Payroll.
- Monthly Sales and Commission Reports.
- Monthly Accounting Reports including P & L, Balance Sheets, BAS and PAYG
- Reporting.
- Superannuation account management.
- HR Administration of Sick/Holiday/Leave Forms.
- Staff Expense Report Management.
- Office Supplies Ordering.
**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS**:
To be successful, the applicant must have the following skills:
+ Previous experience (1-2 years) in Accounting and Admin.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Proficient hands-on experience in XERO and admin management of XERO software.
+ MS Office skills, with a high degree of confidence in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Excellent time management and organisational skills.
+ Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
+ Excellent analytical skills.
+ Honesty and reliability are a must!
Ideally, this role would suit someone with a _can-do_ attitude and who loves working within a small team environment.

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
