Key responsibilities include providing general support to the team, including file creation and management, database entry, and administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning.
Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude, collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals is essential.
Assisting with front-of-house reception duties as needed is also required.
About You
We are looking for someone with administration experience, strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to multitask and adapt to change.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders, a team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and ability to collaborate effectively with others are all essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel is also required.
