Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience as a conflicts lawyer or within a law firm Office of General Counsel

* Senior lawyer with relevant corporate, commercial, litigation and/or compliance or company secretarial experience

* Excellent research and analytical skills

* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to anticipate risks and develop solutions

* High level of attention to detail
