Join The Inside Job, BOQ Group's in-house creative studio, and help shape the visual identity of ME Bank, Virgin Money Australia, and Bank of Queensland.
As Senior Digital Designer, you'll be at the forefront of high-impact brand projects, translating strategy into compelling visuals across digital and print.
You'll bring deep expertise in brand systems, exceptional craft, and a sharp eye for detail.
While you won't manage people directly, you'll mentor midweight and junior designers, guiding them toward creative excellence and helping uphold our design standards.
You'll work closely with the Brand Design Lead to evolve our multi-brand design systems and libraries, push creative boundaries, and elevate the quality of work across every channel.

You've led projects from sketchpad to sign-off, and you do it with a mix of creative flair and razor-sharp precision.
You speak fluent Adobe and Figma, and you know your way around design systems like they're second nature.
