Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the Technology Resilience and Business Resilience Stream of our Accelerate Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination, milestone tracking, and outcome realization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hybrid delivery environments (Agile/Waterfall), particularly involving technology, data, and business outcomes. They will possess excellent interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across all levels.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the Technology Resilience and Business Resilience Stream of the Accelerate Program
2. Ensure seamless coordination, milestone tracking, and outcome realization
3. Work closely with Stream and Program Leadership to oversee delivery, managing dependencies, risks, sequencing, and team alignment
4. Champion delivery best practices and continuous improvement through effective team structures and knowledge sharing
5. Lead the development of reporting material, critically assess statuses that are represented in line with delivery experience
6. Deliver accurate and timely reporting of project status, risks, and key performance indicators to senior stakeholders and governance forums
Requirements
1. Proven experience in managing large or complex programmes/projects across multiple delivery streams
2. Strong background in hybrid delivery environments (Agile/Waterfall), particularly involving technology, data, and business outcomes
3. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across all levels
4. Prior experience working on technology resilience, business resilience, and/or cyber risk initiatives
5. Prior experience working on risk management programmes, aimed at overall risk buy-down
