The Credit Risk and CommAssets Crew performs a critical role for our customers and the Group, providing data driven credit policies, business rules, limit assignment, servicing and verification strategies used in thousands of lending decisions every day. Our team optimises the customer experience using analytics to inform and assess our strategies and helps implement these strategies into automated decisioning systems.

Within the Credit Risk and CommAssets Crew we have a great opportunity available within the Credit Risk Performance & Insights Squad. You will report to the Product and Solutions Chapter Lead and be an integrated member of your squad on a daily basis.
**In this role**
You will support development of credit risk reporting and insights, including but not limited to, Weekly and monthly credit risk insight monitoring & deep dives, Strategy & CommAsset monitoring, and Exception reporting control.
Other duties will include:
- Working collaboratively with the rest of the teams to understand and clarify emerging trends in portfolio performance and credit decision outcomes.
- Embracing a continuous improvement mindset, and seek to find ways to standardise, simplify and automate the reporting processes.
- Performing deep dives into the retail lending portfolios by harnessing world-class data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership and influence the Bank's strategic direction
