About Senior Account Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, delivering sales and service excellence, and collaborating with Underwriting on solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in relevant insurance lines and managing a portfolio of medium to large accounts/brokers. They will possess a proven ability in strategic sales, business planning, negotiation, and influencing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders
* Deliver sales and service excellence
* Collaborate with Underwriting on solutions
* Manage pipeline effectively to maximize new business strike rates, renewal retention, and growth in preferred segments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in relevant insurance lines and managing a portfolio of medium to large accounts/brokers
* Proven ability in strategic sales, business planning, negotiation, and influencing outcomes
* Demonstrated ability to optimise customer value by delivering high-quality services and positive experiences
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
