Culinary Professional
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of the culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food in accordance with menus, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and serve food according to menus, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
* Maintain HACCP procedures and practices.
* Keep kitchen equipment and plant in good condition.
* Organise and implement food service.
* Plan and implement daily food preparation lists for effective production.
* Comply with all aspects of OH&S compliance.
* Assist in the induction of all staff.
* Attend team meetings as per meeting roster.
* Work in accordance with our Code of Conduct.
* Ensure safe and sound work practices that comply with Work, Health, and Safety policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
Experience working in high-quality kitchen environments such as luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
