We're looking to expand our leadership team and are seeking experienced Supervisors who want to contribute to an engaged, forward-looking crew.

Responsibilities
* Lead FIFO mining teams with a focus on safety and high performance.
* Contribute to a strong safety culture and professional development within the crew.
* Provide leadership and guidance to ensure operational excellence and forward-looking collaboration.
Qualifications
* Previous FIFO mining supervisory or leadership experience
* Certificate IV in Drilling Operations
* Completed Schedule 26
* The right to work in Australia (WA-based preferred)
* National Police Clearance
Roles are FIFO from Perth, with flexible roster options including even time or 2:1, depending on your preference.
