Job DescriptionThis position is a newly created opportunity for a proactive individual seeking exposure to Office Leasing through a support role within a team of leasing professionals.
The primary function is to provide administrative support for the full leasing cycle, encompassing marketing, data sourcing, analysis and associated administrative duties.The ideal candidate will flourish in a team environment, seek to optimise processes, and have a desire to build a career in commercial real estate.
In return, the individual will gain access to the tutelage of leading industry professionals within a global commercial real estate organisation.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of leasing campaigns, including drafting and coordination of all marketing materials, quotations and invoicingMarket research and analysis, including consultation with industry peers and other business linesEstablishing and maintaining databases, including current appointments, lease expiries and target opportunitiesPreparation of leasing submissions, presentations and custom brochures, including digital design and content creationMaintenance of the CRM databasePreparation and recording of weekly team meetings, including attendance and participation in discussionInvoicing and fee forecasting, liaising directly with the head of departmentAdministrative support for the teamQualificationsKey Attributes:Intermediate to Advanced MS office skills, including ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and customer focusExcellent organisational skills, including ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environmentProactive mindset and positive attitudeAbility to work within a team and autonomouslyExperience in Adobe InDesign, Commercial Real Estate or Residential Real Estate would be advantageousThe ideal candidate will flourish in a team environment, seek to optimise processes, and have a desire to build a career in commercial real estate.
