This role focuses on executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth, lead generation and business performance. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Head of Marketing to develop annual marketing plans and deliver integrated campaigns that meet organisational objectives.
About the Role:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives across various channels. Key responsibilities include:
* Creating and managing annual marketing budgets and supporting business cases
* Designing and delivering acquisition marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns and lead nurture initiatives
* Contributing to sales calendars and regional marketing plans
* Developing innovative marketing concepts and copywriting
* Managing website design, development and content updates
* Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies
* Analysing campaign performance and reporting results
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. marketing)
* A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
* Demonstrated expertise in creative and integrated campaign implementation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
