**APS6 - Program Manager, Acquisitions, Payment and Logistics**:
- Liaise with vendors, auction houses and transport companies regarding the acquisition of new material to the collections
- Manage and monitor the budget to acquire new material in line legislation and policy guidelines
- Support a team to arrange payment of acquisitions to meet stated targets and proactively solve escalation issues

The Program Manager, Acquisitions, Payments and Logistics will:
- Develop and implement policies, techniques and procedures relating to acquisition of and payment for Library collections and associated expenses.
- Manage staff to ensure targets are met and resolve complex payment and logístical issues.
- Oversee budget monitoring and management, as well as other financial, statistical and administrative reporting.
- Undertake contract management and procurement.
