We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with knowledge and experience in HR and recruitment administration to join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to participate in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, interacting with leaders at all levels, reporting, contributing to operational meetings, building knowledge of awards, enterprise agreements, and NES.
You will be supported to work individually and in a team environment to deliver exceptional outcomes while maintaining a safe and productive culture and having a positive impact on the community.
1. Previous administration experience in HR and recruitment is essential.
2. Great communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
3. Able to follow instructions and ask questions.
4. Desire to learn and seek to understand tasks to build expertise.
5. Use initiative to escalate issues and work as a team to solve problems.
6. Great organizational skills and self-motivated in completing tasks.
7. Good eye for detail with high accuracy.
8. Confidentially handle sensitive and private information.
9. Treat all people fairly and with respect.
