About the role:
Working closely with a highly regarded Senior Executive Assistant and supporting a team of Managing Directors, this position is a brilliant mix of office administration, executive support, and project coordination. It's ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is naturally organised, and wants to be involved in both the day-to-day operations and bigger-picture initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing general administrative support to the Managing Directors and wider team
* Assisting with the coordination of local, regional, and global meetings
* Supporting marketing and sales functions across internal and external projects
* Managing small office projects and contributing to client mapping exercises
* Helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently every day
Who we're looking for:
You're an experienced
Office Administrator or Coordinator
with
3+ years in a similar role
, ideally within a corporate or professional services setting. You're someone who jumps in wherever needed, loves being part of a collaborative team, and is just as comfortable working independently.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
* Strong organisational abilities and sharp attention to detail
* Confidence working across all levels of the business
* A proactive approach and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease
* Must have Au Citizenship or PR
