Retail Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership, team-building and communication skills.
* Key Responsibilities:

o Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management and stock replenishment.
o Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff to ensure they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.
o Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and staff development.
o Act as the face of the store, ensuring all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and care.
o Resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
o Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies, promotional activities and staying updated with market trends.
o Implement and monitor sales goals.
o Manage store budget, control costs and work towards achieving financial targets.
o Ensure compliance with all health, safety, legal and company regulations.
o Maintain pharmacy standards if applicable, including managing pharmacist schedules and ensuring prescription services run smoothly.
o Build relationships within the local community to enhance store reputation and customer base.
Qualifications:

o Proven experience as a Retail Manager, preferably within a pharmacy environment for candidates aiming for the higher salary bracket.
o Strong leadership, team-building and communication skills.
o Deep understanding of retail operations, inventory management and customer service excellence.
o Ability to handle complex issues with effective problem-solving capabilities.
o Willingness to adapt to a unique location with potential commuting challenges.
Working Conditions:

o Full-time position requiring availability for 5 days a week, potentially including weekends.
o Must be willing to travel to the store location daily if not local to the area.
