Client Services Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team of case managers and youth support staff in delivering high-quality services to young people aged 16-25.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in social work or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience and proficiency in case management within a youth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide client-centred supervision and support to case management and youth support teams.
* Conduct intake assessments for individuals accessing the refuge and outreach programs.
* Identify clients at risk and develop comprehensive risk and safety response plans.
* Maintain staff adherence to the Case Management Practice Framework.
