**About the Role**:
Reporting to the NSW/ACT State Manager, The Store Business Manager for our upcoming David Jones Canberra Store, will be responsible for leading by example in creating a VIP standard of service to our customers that sits above the rest. You will mentor a team of passionate Sales Stylists and drive success through on-going training and support.
You will also be responsible for:
- Offering an unparalleled store and styling service that emphasises customer satisfaction, seeking to garner return clientele
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve set targets and KPIs
- All day to day in-store operations
- Managing store financials
**About You**:
- Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer
- A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials
- Professional and results focused leadership style
- The ability to problem solve, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own
- Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear
- Adaptable to change
