The Role
We're seeking an experienced
Grain Site Manager
to oversee operations at a grain storage facility in Rand, NSW. This role is central to supporting local growers during harvest, ensuring grain receival, handling and storage run smoothly. You'll be working in a supportive team environment that combines both people management and hands-on operational duties.
Key Responsibilities
As Grain Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing site operations, staff, and equipment to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality grain handling. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Managing site staff and daily workflow
Building strong connections with local growers
Supervising grain receival and applying quality control standards
Operating and maintaining augers, loaders, telehandlers, and other site equipment
Carrying out minor equipment maintenance to keep operations running smoothly

Your Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Previous grain industry experience
Solid knowledge of grain receival and quality control standards
