Heads Tractor Services is a well-established business supplying quality tractor parts and equipment to customers across Australia. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated full-time Picker / Packer – Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team at our Logan Village warehouse.
This is a hands-on, physically active role suited to someone who enjoys warehouse work, is comfortable using technology, and is looking for stable, long-term employment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Using warehouse systems, computers, and barcode scanners
* Manual handling of parts and stock
* Receiving and checking incoming stock
* Stock put-away and inventory handling
* Preparing orders for dispatch
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
* Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience in a warehouse, picker/packer, or stores role (preferred but not essential)
* Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
* Confidence using computers, warehouse software, and scanning devices
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good time management and organisational skills
* A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Forklift licence (advantageous but not required)
