Road Maintenance Workers – KynetonCandler Macleod Group, in partnership with a leading road maintenance provider, is seeking experienced Road Maintenance Workers for a casual role based at the Kyneton Depot.
This is a full-time hours position (Monday–Friday) with overtime opportunities.About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for servicing roads throughout Northern and Western Victoria, carrying out maintenance and construction tasks, and responding to emergency incidents.Key DutiesInspecting the road network and rectifying hazards and defectsCompacting, leveling, and spreading materials to form roadsRoutine road maintenance and obstruction removalOperating trucks, power tools, and machineryParticipating in emergency response efforts, including after-hours call-outs and potential travel across VictoriaWhite Card (Construction Induction)Traffic Management CertificateAbility to pass pre-employment checks, including a medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and police checkBasic proficiency in using tablets or mobile devices for reportingRequirementsEssentialWhite Card (Construction Induction)Medium Rigid (MR) Truck LicenceTraffic Management CertificateAbility to pass pre-employment checks, including a medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and police checkBasic proficiency in using tablets or mobile devices for reportingPreferredPlant operator competencyCurrent First Aid CertificatePrevious experience in a similar roleWhat's on Offer?
