Role Description
This permanent, part-time position within the Service Support department offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing essential services to the community.
Main Responsibilities:
* To ensure clients can access our services in ways that are person-centred, safe and responsive.
* To provide administrative support, accurately enter data and maintain electronic client files.
* To refer clients to appropriate services within our organization.
Key Requirements:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who wants to be part of a team delivering quality services to our clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in a similar role or Cert IV qualification in community services.
* Exceptional communication skills with an ability to relate to a wide range of clients in need of assistance.
* Ability to respond to clients in distress, and be comfortable de-escalating people who are upset.
* Well-developed computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, client management system).
* Financial management skills including ability to issue invoices and receipt money.
