This role is ideal for an established agent already producing strong results who wants better support, stronger infrastructure, and a premium brand behind them without internal competition or unnecessary roadblocks.

What you'll do:
* Prospect, list, and sell residential properties within your core area
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent market activity
* Conduct appraisals, listing presentations, and buyer appointments
* Manage negotiations and drive transactions through to settlement
* Deliver exceptional service to vendors and buyers
* Leverage admin and marketing support to maximise efficiency
* Work closely with finance brokers to support client outcomes
* Maintain accurate CRM records and compliance documentation
* Represent the business professionally at all times
* Commit to Saturday work and after hours appointments when required
What we're looking for:
* Proven track record in residential real estate sales
* Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or full licence
* Current police check
* Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
* High level of self motivation, discipline, and professionalism
