As a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-performing team within the cement manufacturing industry. Your role will involve assisting with root cause investigations and reliability-focused problem-solving, developing maintenance strategies and procedures, and supporting and delivering Site Initiated Budget (SIB) projects to improve equipment performance.
About the Role
* Conduct root cause analyses to identify and resolve equipment failures
* Collaborate with site engineers and maintenance managers to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies
* Work alongside trades teams to ensure seamless execution of SIB projects
We are looking for a graduate who is proactive, inquisitive, and has excellent communication skills. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably focused on maintenance or reliability, is required. Solid understanding of mechanical systems and engineering principles, strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license are essential.
