About The Role
We are looking for people to join our team as Support Workers in the aged community. Part‑time positions are currently available to work with the community care team.
* Support people with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, assistance in the community and being a companion.
* Qualified support workers also support clients with personal cares, assistance with mobility and prompting with medication.
* Support clients to achieve their goals and make choices in partnership with other support networks.
* Promote customer choice, positive routines and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the customer.

What You Will Bring
* A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Individual Support is essential or willingness to undertake a traineeship.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate is essential.
* Current and valid Driver's Licence with comprehensive insurance, reliable motor vehicle.
* Mobile phone that supports GPS is essential.
* Capacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourself.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation.
* Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
* Proficiency in use of technology such as smartphones, email and internet.
* A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission‑based organisation.
