Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage facilities and operations at our resort. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining buildings and common areas, managing assets, and servicing contracts.
* They will work closely with the Facilities Manager and clients to schedule repairs and quotations as requested.

About the Role:

* This is a hands-on position that requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
* The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Management:

* Maintain buildings and common areas within an allocated portfolio.
* Manage Body Corporate assets and service contracts.

Communication:

* Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and clients to schedule repairs and quotations.
