**The exciting opportunity**:
- Report into the Head of Care Services and Cutting-edge Practice
- Oversee quality and clinical governance of home care services
- Oversee the management and maintenance of policies and procedures, liaising with relevant staff and the leadership team to ensure compliance and best practice guidelines are met
- Design, embed and maintain a clinical governance framework that nurtures transparent reporting
- Assist with the preparation and ongoing readiness for annual self-assessment audits to ensure services are operating in line with governing standards
- Ensure organisation remains current in industry compliance

**About you**:
- Experience in a Quality role within aged care is essential
- Must have excellent knowledge of clinical governance and a proven track record leading services to meet the aged care standard
- Demonstrated ability reviewing and updating policies and procedures in line with best practice
- Exercises initiative and problem solving with some autonomy
- A clinical background (nursing or allied health) is necessary but AHPRA Registration is NOT required
