About the Role
The role of Customer Service Team Member is a vital part of our organisation. Working in a fast-paced team environment, this role focuses on the efficient handling and sorting of mails, ensuring their accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Daily mail and courier management
* Handling and resolving customer enquiries via phone and email
* Maintaining office equipment, supplies and stationery
* Updating databases and presentations
* Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies
* Light cleaning duties
* Ad hoc administration and duties
Some heavy lifting may be involved.
About You
To succeed in this role, you must display a positive attitude and be a highly reliable individual. A keen eye for detail and good computer literacy are essential. You should have talent in creating engaging presentations and possess strong communication skills. Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills are also required.
