A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be part of this as a Communications Manager - Digital & Data on an initial 12-month contract. In this newly created role, you will execute a targeted communication strategy in line with Digital & Data and Bupa APAC and Group Strategy.
This is a full-time role based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with hybrid work arrangements.
**How will I help?
- Lead development and execution of internal stakeholder engagement and communications supporting the Digital & Data strategic portfolios and roadmap
- Partner with Digital & Data leadership group and teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and acting as a confident advisor who counsels, strategises and coaches based on business needs.
- Develop and deliver high-quality internal communication plans to drive awareness, advocacy and adoption for key Digital & Data roadmap milestones aligned to the communications and channels strategy, strategic narrative, key messages and calendar
- Create compelling and accessible content and collateral that brings Digital and Data products and services (including new, complex and technical concepts) to life for diverse audiences, such as through storytelling and infographics Develop, lead and manage the planning, delivery and measurement of impactful content through the most relevant and effective channels.

**What do I need?**
- 5+ years in a communications/corporate affairs role
- Demonstrated record of achievement in a communications role in a corporate entity.
- High level of digital literacy and ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences
- Outstanding relationship building skills, strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with senior leaders and executives.
- Proven strategic approach and operational execution of internal communications, including deep experience with content and channels metrics and insights.
- Be contemporary and curious. Interested to learn about, trial and implement, new technologies and trends.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making sense of complex information
- Understanding of change management principles highly desirable.
