**Job Title:** Senior Customer Relations Manager
Job Summary:
* We are seeking an experienced professional to support our customer relations team in delivering exceptional experiences, addressing customer needs promptly, and achieving win-win outcomes.
* This role will involve working closely with the customer relations manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, workload management, and prioritization of case tickets.
About You:
* You have 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably including 2+ years in leadership and call center environments, with strong phone and face-to-face service skills.
* Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong planning, time management, and documentation skills, and demonstrate effective communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and a customer-focused, professional attitude.
* A full NSW driver's license is preferred, but not essential.
