Seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to deliver high standards of professional care in an aged care setting. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organising and implementing care plans in accordance with individual resident needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
* Deliver high-quality patient care, promoting physical and emotional well-being
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
