We're now seeking a TA Insights & Reporting Specialist to join our growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team supporting our client. In this role, you'll turn data into actionable insights – shaping recruitment strategies, improving processes, and helping our client attract the right talent in the right way.
What you'll do
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports against KPIs.
* Analyse recruitment data to spot trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
* Track talent pipeline health, diversity metrics, budgets, and invoicing.
* Deliver labour market and competitor analysis to guide sourcing strategies.
* Use tools like PowerBI and LinkedIn Talent Insights to provide market intelligence.
* Partner with recruitment and HR leaders to align insights with business goals.
* Support diversity and inclusion initiatives with data-backed recommendations.
What you'll bring
* Strong experience in recruitment analytics, workforce reporting, or market insights.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills: PowerBI (or similar) is a plus.
* Ability to interpret and present data clearly for different audiences.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Experience in mining or heavy industry is advantageous.
* Qualifications in HR, business, or analytics are welcomed but not essential.
