We're looking for a VET Learning Support Officer (LSO) who thrives on variety, loves helping people, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-energy team.
Our client is a respected and fast-growing education and training provider, offering both online and on-campus programs designed by industry experts. As an LSO, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring students and lecturers enjoy a seamless, high-quality experience across VET and Higher Education programs.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys the buzz of daily interaction, can juggle multiple priorities, and has a sharp eye for compliance and detail.
What you'll be doing
 * Be the first point of contact for students and lecturers, providing timely support and guidance.
 * Monitor student progress, implement interventions, and champion student success.
 * Coordinate end-to-end course delivery: enrolments, webinars, Moodle updates, certificates.
 * Keep the wheels turning — manage data (Paradigm), finances, timetables, and resources.
 * Ensure compliance with the 2025 Standards for RTOs and drive continuous improvement.
 * Support staff and students in using digital platforms and LMS systems effectively.
 * Collaborate with the College Manager and peers on projects, operations, and strategy.
What you'll bring
 * 3–5 years' admin or student support experience.
 * Knowledge of RTO compliance requirements (highly regarded).
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Tech confidence — MS Office, LMS platforms, online classrooms.
 * A proven customer-service mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
 * TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain, fully funded).
