Milestones Early Learning Sunshine Beach is seeking a passionate Lead Educator who is dedicated to guiding young children's learning and development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and strengths in supporting children with challenging behaviours.
Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and the ability to create engaging daily programs are essential.
Your creativity will be valued daily.
This is a permanent part-time position with shifts from Monday to Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week.

About you:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent/bachelor's degree.
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
- Strong commitment to fostering young children's growth and development.
