The Role
We're on the lookout for an HSE Officer who thrives in a dynamic site-based role. You'll be on site Monday - Saturday.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans
* Delivering training and practical WHS advice to staff and subcontractors
* Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
* Building relationships across project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
* Leading incident investigations and helping close the loop on corrective actions
What You'll Bring:
* Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (a must!)
* 12 + Months experience in a HSE role on commercial or residential construction sites
* Strong knowledge of current WHS legislation and compliance requirements
* Previous experience on unit builds or large-scale commercial projects is ideal
* Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on attitude
