We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join our client's team for a high-volume, detail-oriented data consolidation project. This role involves compiling and streamlining data from various sources into a centralised system. The successful candidate will be working predominantly with numerical and account data, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Gathering & Compilation:
o Collect data from 2–3 internal systems or sources, including financial records and pricing data.
o Consolidate multiple datasets into a single, structured database or spreadsheet.
* Accuracy & Consistency:
o Ensure that numeric information (account values, pricing figures, and financial data) is entered with 100% accuracy.
o Identify and flag any inconsistencies or gaps in the data.
* System Use & Management:
o Confidently work with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Windows OS, and Microsoft Dynamics.
* Quality Control:
o Perform final reviews of data sets to ensure completeness and accuracy before submission.
o Maintain detailed records of changes and sources used for future reference.
